In phase one, a set of core subjects is specially planned for you. It covers a broad base of knowledge which business professionals need to be equipped with to make wise business decisions and handle management challenges.
Core subjects are conducted with a global perspective to prepare you for a career in today's global economy. What's more, they are conducted by outstanding faculty members from different continents - further enhancing that global perspective.
This course is designed to help the student ‘think like an economist’ – by applying economics concepts to make sense of the world: especially the business world, but hopefully also ‘the world’ in general. As well as an overview of the Macroeconomy (the environment that businesses and governments operate in), students will learn to apply useful tools and techniques from Multi-Criteria Decision-Making and Conjoint Analysis, Cost-Benefit Analysis, and Game Theory.
