The Live Case Study is a key element of the Otago MBA which takes place at the end of Phase One. Each syndicate provides consulting services to a real company. Students apply new skills and use their expertise to benefit the company.
Teamwork
Working in teams called Syndicates is a key feature of the Otago MBA. "Soft skills" such as leadership, conflict resolution, empathy, and cross cultural awareness are practised and developed as a consequence of working in Syndicates.
