Malcolm has carried out research and consulting work for the New Zealand Government and New Zealand private sector interests in Indonesia, India and China. Currently he is as a member of a FRST funded research project investigating the internationalization of New Zealand services and service related Industries in China and India. His interest is in understanding the factors that lead to business success in different countries in Asia, particularly China, India and Indonesia.
