In addition to the Otago MBA, the University of Otago School of Business offers a selection of professional development short courses for today’s business leaders. The Executive Education Team design and deliver high-impact professional development courses that are recognised at a postgraduate level and are delivered in a convenient short-course format.  

Professional development is a crucial part of developing and retaining staff, and investment in staff is as important now as it has ever been. Business people and large organisations from around New Zealand come to the University of Otago in Dunedin to experience our unique five-day short courses with onsite boutique hotel accommodation. Courses are also offered at University of Otago House in Auckland.

Each University of Otago Short Course contributes to the highly regarded Postgraduate qualification in Executive Management. The programme of study for this qualification consists of four papers delivered in short course format by the Executive Education team.
