Duration and Structure
Otago MBA is delivered in two phases and can be completed in as little as sixteen months. In Phase One, core subject material is delivered in three terms over one full time year (January - December). Phase Two is more flexible and involves a major in-company consultancy project and the choice of either a set of elective specialisations at the University of Otago or an international exchange at one of our partner universities. Collaborative Learning
Otago MBA offers an intimate, intercultural learning experience with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. In addition to individual assessment, our approach involves students working in syndicates of four or five to exercise leadership, management and intercultural communication - the skills required to successfully lead teams and businesses in a globalised business environment.
